Sell Your Avatar Coins Guide
Learn the confirmed Coin-earning methods and use your currency more effectively when shopping for avatar items.
Coins are the main progression currency in Sell Your Avatar. The official gameplay loop provides two direct earning methods: buying an item from another player's displayed outfit and receiving a purchase through your own booth.
Buy From Player Outfits
You earn Coins when you purchase an avatar item displayed in another player's outfit.
- Browse booths created by other players.
- Select an item from a displayed outfit.
- Complete the item purchase to receive Coins.
- The purchased item is added to your Roblox inventory.
Receive Booth Purchases
You earn Coins when another player purchases an item included in the outfit displayed at your booth.
- Create a complete avatar outfit.
- Place the outfit on your booth.
- Keep the booth visible to other shoppers.
- Receive Coins when a displayed item is purchased.
Get Wearable Avatar Items
Coins can be spent on avatar items that are added to your Roblox inventory.
- Purchased items remain connected to your Roblox account.
- Items can be equipped through the Roblox Avatar Editor.
- Items can be worn in other Roblox experiences that support them.
Build a Clear Outfit Theme
Use a recognizable theme such as casual, formal, fantasy, streetwear or monochrome so shoppers understand the look immediately.
- Match clothing and accessories.
- Avoid unrelated items that make the outfit look unfinished.
- Use one strong visual idea for each displayed outfit.
Display Complete Looks
A coordinated full outfit gives shoppers more items to inspect and makes the booth easier to browse.
- Include clothing, hair and accessories where appropriate.
- Check that items do not overlap incorrectly.
- Preview the full avatar before placing it on the booth.
Buy Items You Will Use
Focus on avatar items that fit your existing wardrobe and can be reused in several outfits.
- Check the item before purchasing.
- Avoid buying an item only because it appears on a popular booth.
- Save Coins for pieces that improve multiple looks.
Sell Your Avatar Booth and Outfit Guide
Build a coordinated avatar look, display it correctly and make your booth easier for other players to shop.
Your booth connects outfit creation with the game's Coin system. A player can inspect the outfit, purchase one of its avatar items and add that item to their Roblox inventory while you receive Coins from the purchase.
Choose an Outfit Theme
Start with one clear style before selecting individual items.
- Casual streetwear
- Fantasy adventurer
- Formal outfit
- Cute pastel look
- Dark monochrome style
Select the Main Clothing
Choose the central clothing pieces first so the rest of the outfit has a consistent base.
- Match the top and bottom.
- Keep the main colors consistent.
- Avoid combining pieces with conflicting visual styles.
Add Hair, Faces and Accessories
Complete the outfit with avatar items that support the main theme instead of overpowering it.
- Use hair that fits the outfit silhouette.
- Choose a face that matches the intended style.
- Add only accessories that improve the complete look.
Check the Full Avatar
Preview the outfit and remove items that clip, overlap or hide important clothing details.
- Inspect the avatar from multiple angles.
- Check layered clothing and large accessories.
- Use the Roblox redraw option if an equipped item is not displaying correctly.
Claim an Available Booth
Select an unused booth in the shopping area and prepare it for your outfit display.
- Use a visible booth when possible.
- Avoid leaving the booth empty.
- Roblox Plus players can access an exclusive booth.
Place the Outfit on Your Booth
Add the completed outfit to the booth and confirm that shoppers can see the included avatar items.
- Make sure the correct outfit is displayed.
- Check that the avatar preview has loaded.
- Confirm that the included items can be inspected.
Make the Display Easy to Understand
Use a complete, focused look so players can quickly decide which items they want to inspect or purchase.
- Keep one main theme per outfit.
- Use visually compatible colors.
- Avoid unnecessary accessories that hide other items.
Update the Outfit Regularly
Replace weak or unfinished displays with better coordinated outfits as you collect more avatar items.
- Test different outfit themes.
- Keep successful item combinations together.
- Use newly acquired items to improve future displays.
